1The Bandy 20 Index was suspended on February 11, 2008.  Portfolio changes and quarterly commentaries ended during the August 11, 2007 quarter.  The index became inactive as the author felt it represented a potential conflict of interest between his personal life and his professional duties as an employee of a broker dealer.  Following a change in employment status, the author reinstated the index on September 1, 2009 as a long/short fund.

2Through February 11th 2008, exclusive of trading and rebalancing costs that would be encountered in the real world.
