Commentary: I have added JDSU and CA as timing plays, hoping to get them on the inevitable tech upswing. Is my timing premature? Both are currently unprofitable, but I feel it is better to get into the tech rebound sooner rather than later. To be perfectly honest, I have never been through a revaluation like the one we have seen in the tech industry before, so I just don’t know how to play it. But, I am sure that the same exuberance that created ridiculously high valuations will create equally low valuations.
